Fricot Bécot
Swedish dish cloths are made of cellulose; a blend of paper pulp and cotton which results in a pseudo-fabric that can be reused around 100 times, and then composted.
A Fricot is a comforting acadian stew, while a “bécot” is a kiss in french.
The cloth designs aim to elicit a warm, cozy feeling, dotted with a touch of humour.
The packaging is eco-friendly as well, with a cardboard hanger securing the cloths thanks to a pair of mini wooden paperclips, which would also serve to hold the instructions in the back.
